Except for the SAICFF, we have just been hanging around...
Moved down into San Antonio so that we would be closer to downtown where the film festival was being held. So glad that we did, the 20 minute drive from our rv park to the Riverwalk was bad enough at 11 pm, couldn't imagine having done the 70 minutes to our Thousand Trails park!
Too bad we were hardly at the resort, the littles loved the playground...
we ended up changing sites from the one we had reserved, which ended up being unlevel enough that we couldn't compensate for it, to a different site right across from the playground equipment,
and the pool! :)

while everyone else had a fabulous time in the heated swimming pool.
Even the little girls hung out in the big pool - it was heated, and the kiddie pool was not (go figure).
The kids got to swim on Wednesday after we got set up, and then the big kids went swimming Tuesday night also.
We were super busy in San Antonio. It was a fun time, but we now need a vacation from our fun week! I still have a few more posts to share of our time in SA, but we are currently hanging out on Padre Island - getting a little down time to recoup :) With no cell or internet service, we run the generator every day from about 4 till 9 hoping to hear from Greg - he doesn't get to call very often from basic, so we want to make sure not to miss him. If we run the gene, then our cell booster works, and we can use our phones, but not the internet - still haven't figured that one out yet... anyway, I don't know when I will get caught up on here - real life like beach walks, ghost crab hunts, and surf wading just seem to get in the way! :)

Good thing we love it here! LOL! :)
